Thanks for all the extra information Paul. Looking at the small photo of her bow, is the bow ramp behind some sort of hinged door?

To be honest I don't know if it was the top section or the bottom section that opened.

Suspect it may have been the bottom, hence the damage.

There was another picture that may have solved the problem but it was unobtainable.
