I am fairly sure that Triton did a job around Australia but from Paul's information was not sold although it would appear that due to her time in lay up she most probably no longer meets Gardlines needs unless-------they do an "Operation Sleeping Beauty" on her, fortunately the Taxpayer will not be funding it this time. :o

Thanks Patrick, I had'nt realised that Gardline were part of the Boskalis Group.

Would question the "Hugh Grey Gap" she has left behind, but thats the local Press for you.

The News report highlighted explains what she was doing in Australia, perhaps they had an 'Option to Buy' but decided against it? Looks like a candidate for Able one way or another. ;) My Google maps must be well out of date.

Yes, still here. I believe Gardline had bought her but she might have been sold since.

Finally, after almost 5 years in port, TRITON left last night under tow of DMS CONDOR bound for Portland. Sadly it was to late to get any photos.

Thank You for the feedback Patrick on Triton I wonder if she is another one for Ukraine, perhaps we should keep her, judging by the ex Forces former High Ranking now Civilian “Talking Heads” predictions being that we will be at war with Russia within two years, strange I thought we have been at War with Russia since Korea albeit through third party Countries around the World!

The vessel shown looks a smart looking Draft certainly the different paint jobs makes them stand out these days although I am still waiting to see my favourite colours which are the Black and Gold of “Team Lotus” ;)
