My first ever photo of a ship at Dawson's from this location. It's taken me only 54 years to get around to it! Mind you, the Transporter observation area has been there for what? About half that time??

Thanks to TEESMAN Mick for pointing me in the right direction a while ago on NEM!

Not sure that's Hull, Dave
Here she is as FRI LANGESUND, 01/01/2013, so it must be Hull!

I did crop half of a tug with half of a yellow funnel which I took to be Adsteam.
So I would have thought Hull or Immingham.

Does the presence of Whitaker's HUMBER whatever alongside also point to one of the Humber ports?

Ron, has the conservancy base now moved downriver? I see the vessels appear to be moored nearer Tees dock now.

Patrick,
Not that I'm aware of. Some of the fleet continue to berth at the Conservancy Depot next to the Transporter but maybe it is more convenient for the two dredgers to operate from Cargo Fleet Wharf at the Tees Offshore Base which, after all, is also still ovned by PDPorts. Having said that I heard ther other day there have been changes in the managment of the Concervancy section so maybe this is a consequence of that. Will try to find out more.
