Paula arriving from Hamburg for OTP, Walker this afternoon. She lost all power when she entered this morning and had to drop an anchor till Svitzer Sun arrived on the scene, she was on her way down the river to assist Paula to berth at OTP. She was taken back out to the anchorage.
