Yes Dave, I'm inclined to agree with George.
The 1906 England, built by Northumberland Shipbuilding was lost in 1917 and was 3,798 Gross and if George has ruled out the 1921 one that really only leaves us this one.
She has a Well Deck so that fits the description.

Unfortunatly she was lost by submarine torpedo on the 27th January 1940 on a voyage from Copenhagen to Blyth in Ballast.
So she was not in Talbot Booth's 1940 Book.
