The heavy lift vessel was completed in 2011 by Hudong Zhonghua Shipbuilding, Shanghai, she first carried the name BELUGA PROGRESSION which later was changed to Hhi LAGOS, until 2019 when her current name was adopted
Her Dutch owners are Spliethoff's Bevrachtingskantoor Bv - Amsterdam. Apparently the suffix GRACHT seen as part of the name of each of their ships is the Dutch name for canal
Between snow showers PIJLGRACHT arrived this afternoon from Saint Wandrille, Normandy, bound for the OTP
Tug SVITZER CECILIER was determined to be included in any photo I might take!

The Dutch kanaal would be more familiar, the 'grachts' are the concentric rings of canals in Splietfoff's home port of Amsterdam.
I had not come across Saint Wandrille, it's on the Seine about 3 bends above Le Havre.
