With the uncommon sight of two of the three Stella ash hoppers in company in the background.
Regards, Dennis.

More of her wreck, 2003 by Reinier van de Wetering.
A remarkable relic!

Malcolm, I have a request for higher resolution copy of your photo of her at North Shields, from some 'heritage consultants' in Las Palmas who are making some display about her.
Can they use your photos, and is a high-res available?
Thanks, George

It does seem quite remarkable that she sat there far so long I wonder what the reason was? a bit off putting for the nervous Cruise Liner Passenger especially after " Concordia" :? , It's a bit like Landing at Teesside Airport when the Fire School based there quite close to the main runway on the parking space which was reserved for deployed Quick Reaction "V" Bombers set fire to actual aircraft rather than the mock ups they use today. To make things even worse when you flew out over Catterick Airfield the RAF were doing the same thing with redundant "V" Bombers at their Fire School :o

Hi George
I'll re-scan the negative at a higher res, and send it via WeTransfer. I'll need an email address

Cheers

I think there are plans to remove what is left of her
I have seen an article in Spanish on the net but sure the link was in English about her removal
