PORT AUCKLAND (5282263) Port Line Ltd., London, 11945gt, completed by Hawthorn, Leslie & Co. Ltd., Newcastle, 4-1949. 1976 MASHAALLAH (Kuwait), converted to livestock carrier, BU Kaohsiung 30.9.79 [Chien Cheng Iron & Steel Co]
A couple of somewhat dark and grainy photos by Albert Weller And those I took myself (dad's old camera) on 12 September 1961 As far as my second shot goes it is neither nowt nor summet! (Yorkshire for: neither nothing/anything nor something!) How not to take ship photos - capture part only of two ships!!!! BTW, the tug was the DANBY CROSS (q.v.)
