Interesting reading

Weather been bloody awfull offshore this last couple of weeks so hope to go for a run upriver for a change soon and will try and get a few final pictures of her if possible.

Passed the Ice Maiden 1 today or should I say whats left, the accomidation block has gone as has a lot from the bow area.

She is also now in 'dry dock'.

I think this is one of her sisters which was posted today on Shipspotting
Think it is the same hull design with possibly different accommodation configuration

Similar but not identical Graham. This ship has uptakes in the forward deckhouse, suggesting main machinery below. Ice Maiden’s original main machinery was below the after deckhouse – hence the funnel position. The age of the original engine control system (and consequent lack of spares) and the extent of asbestos in the original main machinery space were contributory factors to the project’s failure.
