OK I give in, cannot find any more ships built by Harrison, except perhaps the two for Blyth.
There is a Build List on the Web for William Boutland who had the Yard before Harrison, but they appear to be Sailing Ships.
"Owl" (Harry Potter.) has got delayed after asking for additional information.
Fernside and Moorside do appear to be true sisters. Only diff I can see is that MOORSIDE was 270 Gross, (Fern 269) and 99 Net (Fern 98). Under Deck was the same.
Diff. Owners, although its only in word...... Fernside was T ROSE and Moorside was Wear Steam Shipping Co (1917) Ltd. (T Rose Mgr)
However I have found three wooden workboats belonging to Blyth Shipyard, two of them built at Blyth. The grandly named
"BLYTH SHIPBUILDING & DRY DOCKS Co. LIMITED NO 3" 4 and 5.
No 3 was built in 1916 at Cockenzie, whilst No 4 and No 5 were3 built at Blyth in 1913 and 1921.
Assume there was also a No 1 and No 2 but they do not appear to have been registered.
