The middle trawler is LT1166 EAGER.

She had a long life (1912-1972), so does not help much in dating the photo, except it looks to be before she was converted to motor in 1954.
Can't immediately find any details for the LOCARNO on the right, except she seems to be the drifter illustrated at:

A more modern vessel inherited that name from 1965.

LOCARNO.

Built by Crabtree & Co Ltd, Southtown, Great Yarmouth in 1911 as the G.M.H (YH987)
88 Gross. 42 Net. 32 HP.
ON 132351.
Seems to have become LOCARNO around 1930 when she was owned by Henry H Catchpole.
Later owner was Alfred S Ling and she was scrapped in 1953.
