Jutland (was Chaplet)

This appears to be D52 which according to my books is CHAPLET completed in 1945 at Thornycroft and arrived at Blyth for breaking up 06/11/1965.

EDIT: See comments below identifying vessel as JUTLAND

Dave, that's not CHAPLET its JUTLAND.

Chaplet was D52 and Jutland D62 and this is D62.

Also, and this is the reason I know its Jutland, Chaplet was converted for Minelaying and had Mine Rails on sponsons fitted to either side of her stern.

If any of you have 'Channel Sweep' by Ben Warlow, check out page 35 and you will see what I mean.

And also.............

Chaplet had a black band on her funnel to show she was the 'Half Leader' of the Devonport Local Squadron.

Plus Chaplet also had a Container sized deckhouse fitted above her existing one at the stern for her Squid Mounting?
