All these ships were taken from the outbound Stena Transit, heading off to Holland with 12 keen YSE members aboard.

Salt End regular, KEMIRA GAS Antwerpen inward in ballast from Rostock to load for Heroya. She is 10018gt, built 1995 by Boelwerf Vlaanderen NV, Temse (1546)
She was followed by DAVINO D Nassau, inbound from Rotterdam to load at Immingham West Jetty. She is 8254gt, built in 2005 by Asakawa Zosen KK, Imabari (550) Ex -11-Clipper Caribe, 07-Panam Caribe.

The sun was going down by the time MAGNOLIA SEAWAYS passed us and Spurn Point at the same time. She is on the Gothenburg service, arriving Immingham Outer Harbour at about 2200, and leaving for Gothenburg at 0400 the following morning. She is 32289gt, built 2003 by Flensburger Schiffbau-Ges mbH & Co KG, Flensburg (721) Ex -Tor Magnolia in 2011.

Out in the Humber approaches, AUTOPRIDE Madeira was preparing to drop her pilot, outward from Grimsby to Emden. She is 11591gt, built 1997 by Frisian Shipyard Welgelegen BV, Harlingen (506). ALFA GERMANIA was inbound for Tetney from the Tees. She is 56115gt, built 1998 by Daewoo Heavy Industries Ltd, Okpo (5104). She had been anchored at the Humber anchorage since 29/6.
