Kollevik

Not sure which board to post this one on. Happy to move it if someone can advise.
"KOLLEVIK on the Humber 20/02/2000" is what the photo says on the back.

Far shore looks to be a bit close for Immingham, so might be off Saltend or some other spot in Hull area?

Looking at hills in background, the photograph is almost certainly taken from north bank looking towards south bank, possibly off KGD, or, as suggested Saltend.

Definitely South bank, no where on the North bank would she get illuminated that way

Patrick, late evening in summer with her stern at the right angle could be from north side?

Possibly but wouldn't expect it to be so bright at that time. Also she appears to have some way on, at KG she would have tugs fast by then.

Outward from KG, just getting up speed!
Our starting assumption was that the far shore is too close for it to be downriver.
Go out and count the trees!

Depends where the photographers is George, could be out on the river :)

Also makes me think off Immingham as there is a light coloured bank showing - see attached view of IBN BATTOTAH passing the bell mouth for KG.
