She had been in a collision (with a Tor line ro/ro IIRC) in fog - she was inward to Immingham with the fire brigade still on board to discharge her remaining cargo. This incident lead to restrictions for tanker movements in poor visibilty on the Humber.

Well she survived to live a good few more days...
