Attached is an extract from a Port Of Gothenborg article on the first six months of the new North Sea RoRo operation. The company currently operate the RoRos BEACHY HEAD and LONGSTONE.

Stable first six months for new contender North Sea Roro

The newly established ro-ro company North Sea Roro can now look back on its
first six months of operations. Since January, the company has been
operating the Killingholme- Gothenburg service three times a week in both
directions. There is a good influx of freight and during the spring, the
company brought in a new management team.

Swedish company North Sea Roro was founded in January this year,
specialising in North Sea ro-ro traffic and operating the service between
the UK port of Killingholme, near Immingham, and the Port of Gothenburg. The
Port of Gothenburg now has two shipping companies serving the UK.

Newly appointed CEO Dan Ericsson states that NTEX was one of several
transport companies to identify the potential for more than one shipping
company to serve this particular route and decided to found North Sea Roro.
"We have now been operating for six months and customers clearly appreciate
having an alternative option for traffic to and from the UK."

Dan Ericsson, who succeeded Mårten Carlquist as CEO, has long experience in
the industry including positions with DFDS and Cobelfret. Also new to the
company are Marketing and Sales Director Peter Kleberg and Operations
Director Lennart Dahlbäck. When the offer came along to be involved in the
management of North Sea Roro they all accepted immediately.

"It was too exciting an offer to refuse. With our long experience in the
industry it has been extremely uplifting for the three of us to be involved
in establishing a new shipping company from the very bottom," states Dan
Ericsson.

Mårten Carlquist will remain as chairman of the company.

Stable freight volumes despite fall in European trade
The two ro-ro vessels, MS Longstone and MS Beachy Head, sail three times a
week in both directions. According to Dan Ericsson, freight flows are good.

"Despite the downturn in European trade, we have a stable influx."

Everything from food to stone crushers
The freight flow is extremely varied. From the UK, loads include consumer
goods, food and components for Swedish industry. From Gothenburg, there are
large volumes of furniture and paper. Although it is mainly trailers that
are handled, containers, trucks with drivers and project loads are also
transported using this service. Both the shipping company's vessels, MS
Beachy Head and MS Longstone, are adapted to cope with heavy project loads
such as stone crushers and wheel loaders.

At the Port of Gothenburg, the vessels put into the Logent Gothenburg Car
Terminal. Logent is responsible for the stevedoring and acts as booking
agent for the service.

"We are extremely satisfied with the excellent collaboration among everyone
involved at the Port of Gothenburg. A highly efficient logistics chain has
been established all the way," states Dan Ericsson.

Bright future
Dan Ericsson and his colleagues are extremely hopeful about the future. In
the short term, the aim is to lay a stable operating foundation. The aim
then is to expand. Marketing and Sales Director Peter Kleberg explains:

"We are already examining various alternatives. Establishing further
services in the future is certainly a possibility."
