Two of the class on the Humber at the same time.

Much better looking than "Modern Flat Irons"

Built at Korneuburg in Austria on the Danube in 1991.

2,489 Gross. 2,636 Dwt.

22 years old and getting near to the magic 25, so will they be around for much longer?

Hope so!

They certainly seem to be a robust class. Ten ships with no name changes with the same operator for over twenty years all trading in Northern Europe must be very unusual. The odd one out now is the MAKARIN which appears to have been lengthened by 23 meters in 2011.

Cheers
