8-cyl. 4 S.C.S.A. (320 x 480mm) MWM RH348AU type by Motorenwerke Mannheim, Mannheim. 1,300bhp. 12kts. 18 tons bollard pull.
8.7.1963: Launched as J. H. LAMEY by Cochrane & Sons Ltd., Selby (Yard No. 1492) for J. H. Lamey Ltd.
16.12.1963: Completed.
3.1964: Delivered.
1968: Company control acquired by Alexandra Towing Company Ltd.
9.9.1970: Renamed HORNBY.
1975: Transferred to Alexandra Towing Company Ltd.
1984: Sold to John McLoughlin & Son (Shipping) Ltd., Larne and renamed SAMUEL F.
5.2007: Reported as sold to Mediterranean based owners and converted to a fish farm support vessel.
2009: Reverted to HORNBY.
3.2016: Still on SeaWeb as in service, but without any updates.
