She was funded by a £100,000 grant from the Coalfield Regeneration Trust as Thorne fell within their area for assistance to the ex coalfield mining communities, and ran from a Thorne base serving local people for around 5 years until the contract with CRT expired .... that released her for general use out of the Goole museum base.
A handy vessel with a large open space suitable for community trips or learninga ctivities.

That was the stern of one of a couple of (ex Harker?) barges starting to get in position to sail. Did not have time to hang around to get them for myself.
