My first visit to Heysham was 25/08/1960, we were holidaying near Penrith and had a day trip to Morecambe, somehow managed to persuade parents to let me loose (age 14) and I took a bus down to Heysham! The two FISHER tugs and RAMSDEN were there that day plus FLYING TYPHOON down from the Clyde, whether a long-stayer or just a caller I don't know.
Also that day DUKE OF ROTHESAY, DUKE OF LANCASTER, LAIRDSBANK, SLIEVE BAWN, CONTAINER ENTERPRISE and POINTSMAN on the oil berth inside the harbour, nothing recorded on the main jetty which I recall was for Shell.
I was also passing through March 1965, University trip to Antrim.
