You've been on your travels again .... must have been to Goole more often than I have, this past year!
Still have not caught up with de nieuwe THARSIS.
As you comment, all the best to NEM Forumites for 2013, settled into our new home and with oodles of webspace, hope we can attract some new contributors as well as the many watchers.

Yes, my wife Anne knows there's absolutely nothing we can do when our car insists on turning left off the A1 onto the M62 on our way down to Peterborough (to visit son/grandson and family) .... and onto the M18 on the way back!! (or a longer way round via Wisbech, Sutton Bridge, and Grimsby possibly, during lighter days).
Incidentally, it was good to see the veteran CEMENTINA on the far berth at Howdendyke during our travels, even if I didn't slog along the muddy embankment to record her again!

Your good lady is a saint and most patient ... I did notice she always carries some paperbacks in the car!

Aye, the only complaint she has is that these days she has no time to even open a book if there are no ships in Goole ... Howdendyke ... Flixborough ... Grove Wharf ... Keadby/Gunness ... Wisbech ... Sutton Bridge .... which does happen nowadays far too often!! Must admit, not often worth a full day sortie to Humberside unless we're en route somewhere .... but the same can also be said about the South Gare!!!!! Still, keep hoping, and keep those cameras clicking!!
