BRENT BROOK was built by Henry Scarr at Hessle for River Lighterage in 1948, YN 599
In 1971 she was converted into a push tug for Huntemann AuH of Hamburg and renamed LOEWE.
She is still in service.

As built: 7-cyl. 2 S.C.S.A. (230 x 420mm) Polar M471 type by British Polar Engines Ltd., Glasgow. 520 BHP. 10 knots. 5.8 tons bollard pull.
Post 1973: 8-cyl. 4 S.C.S.A. undisclosed make of diesel . 1,080 BHP.
8.9.1948: Launched by Henry Scarr Ltd., Hessle (Yard No. 599) for the River Lighterage Co. Ltd., (Stephenson Clarke Ltd. managers), London.
17.11.1948: Registered at London; Vessel No. 362 of 1948.
11.1948: Completed.
1965: Sold to W.J.R. Whitehair Ltd., London.
196?: Sold to Union Lighterage Co. Ltd., London.
1971: Sold to A. and H. Huntemann, Hamburg, renamed LOWE.
1973: Converted for pushing by Schiffswerft Johann Oelkers KG., Hamburg-Neuhof.
1973: Re-engined.
1996: Sold to Carl Robert Eckelmann, Hamburg.
2005: Still in service but no further details
