If she was in Holland I suspect they would keep the Hull and fit a new M.E.and Genny along with a new modern topside and off she goes it is surprising how old the Hulls are on the Dutch Barges/Tugs rivet or welded.
Some of the older Dutch Coasters/Tugs are now Private Yachts.
The TCC had some very old Hulls I think 1912 was the oldest Steam Powered Hopper.

Always looked an odd design among harbour tugs, the product of the mind of some P.L.A. engineer or superintendent, but they were built solely to work within the sheltered waters of the dock systems, receiving or handing over to the more conventional river tug companies.
