Ahh Happy Days Cruising in the Med with Epirotiki Line, before they started having a few mishaps and not on this ship.

Had a couple of weeks on the NEPTUNE, ex Bergen Line, built for the North Sea and rolled on wet grass... and the WORLD RENAISSANCE. The Neptune was a nice 'little' ship and they were quite happy for you to have the run of the ship when she was not entering or leaving port. I used to like standing at the Bow but not in a typical Titanic pose!

The ARGONAUT was built as a Private Yacht (ORION) and taken over in 1940 by the US Government, renamed VIXEN.
She was converted into a Passenger Ship in 1947 and renamed ORION in 1950.
She became ARGONAUT in 1964 and REGINA MARIS in 1996.

Broken up at Aliaga, arriving 2nd December 1904.
