Down in what is now my out of date “Document” but still handy she was as Patrick indicated the “Novorossiysk” , nice looking Tanker in her day, looks like the Politco on the Bridge Wing with his camera 8-)

G.M Patrick, when I looked at the photos I wondered if she was in what was known as “ The Document” of which I still have a copy from past “employment” which admittedly is in the main out of date although from personal experience some of the vessels are still on active Service particularly the “Intelligence Gatherers” which have been updated over the years and instead of being festooned with aerials now have what look like thought balloons attached to their topsides.
Thumbing through the profile pages she looks like a Soviet “International Class” of Tanker and I came across the name “Novorosiysk”
It would appear to be just a coincidence Patrick.
