Boskalis's BEAR at Wimbourne early (6.20am) on Saturday morning with her charge, the barge WAGENBORG 9 which was as Bates having her sea fastenings removed.
They arrived late morning of 14th, allegedly from Rotterdam, and sailed this morning for Eemshaven
