Spooling

Postby creemaster » Wed Apr 11, 2018 2:47 pm

Taking place this week at Battleship Wharf, MAERSK CONNECTOR taking on sub sea cable from the bulk carrier GLOBAL ROUND.
GLOBAL ROUND arrived last Friday from Singapore and was down in the South Harbour until Sunday when she was moved up to Battleship.
GRAND CANYON moved over and has been stern on to the quay since early Monday morning, before MAERSK CONNECTOR arrived at 8.00am.
Presume GRAND CANYON is part of a seperate operation, and has not adopted the motto 'they shall not pass'
Spooling is due to be completed by the weekend, depending on weather, see the link to the port's notice to mariners.

GRAND CANYON must be moving soon as BANIER is due shortly to load rdf for Sweden

Graham
