Looks like she is either going alongside the Dun Cow to wait for a berth at Battleship or she is leaving to go up and turn to go port side too.
Or she has not got a pilot and they don't know where they are going !
It has happened before. Remember a radio conversation between the Harbour Master's office and a Russian ship which anchored off the Tyne and was supposed to be loading grain in Blyth !!

You are right Graham, alongside the Dun Cow 24/03/2007. Just found another photo in the sequence.
Still says to load gravel for Terneuzen at Battleship Wharf on the back, so must be waiting for a berth.

If it is Ternuezen then it most probably be red sand as her and her sisters did quite a lot of cargoes to there.
