Inbound yesterday teatime for Alcan.
No she does not have any alumina on board to discharge, she was returning from a drydocking in Amsterdam.

Arrived in fog-bound Blyth and made a beeline to photograph the CELINE but, even in the two minutes it took me to get out of the car and walk onto the nearby jetty, the fog closed in even further and ruined any chance of recording her.
It was only then that I noted that the nearby HAVILA PHOENIX was actually underway and moving into berth!

Spot on Graham, my photos timed from 2.56 to 2.58pm yesterday.
After checking the Tyne at South Shields without being able to see the opposite bank I abandoned all thought of checking Sunderland or Seaham, and headed straight home!

That's because at that time I was driving round the corner at the bottom of Hodgson's Road, heading for Craster and could see her superstructure above wall and buildings at Wimbourne
