On 28 July 1973 the three pilot cutters lined up abreast in Middlesbrough Dock were the A.G. MURRELL, W.R. LISTER (both normally in service at Hartlepool) and the W.W. CONSTANTINE (39gt, completed 10.1956). In the background is the MARMARIS I.
This time the background ship was the MUGLA. Ron
This next shot shows the ALDERMAN B.O. DAVIES (42gt, completed 7.1955), with the W.R. LISTER inside. The view was taken on 9 May 1973 when I also took a colour picture - although the resultant scan is not brilliant! This time the background ship was the MUGLA. Ron
