Unidentified Ellerman vessel

To finish off the current selection from Albert Weller's negatives he recorded this Ellerman vessel in Tees Bay, with somewhat grainy results. I'm sure that with a dint of perseverence I could narrow down her identify, but I'm hoping someone else can save me the bother!!

Also lazy but suspect CITY OF MANCHESTER or one of her sisters, just from fading memory. About 12 to choose from, 1948-1950 builds.
