FRANCIS SAMUELSON and SPRINGWOOD
Taken by Albert Weller from Dock Point .... and enlarged .... SPRINGWOOD solo! I'd certainly forgotten how extensive the Clarence wharf frontage was at that time,
although I think that in the top photos it was by then unused
(I can't ever recall seeing a ship berthed there?)

As the ADDERSTONE she was served around the Tyne for several years.
