Suggest she's at No 4 DW buoys probably awaiting a
berth at Billingham Oil.They were just above
Clarence Wharf. The head and stern lines in the
pic suggest this.

No's 2, 4, and 6 Deepwater buoys were for
ships waiting berths.

Ichaboe 1 and 2 buoys were for bigger ships.

Ichaboe 1 took ships waiting for M'Bro Dk and
sometimes a large tanker discharging pitch through
a pipeline to Clarence works.
