Norwegian SKANDI SAIGON, 3181gt built 2011 at STX Vietnam Offshore Ltd., arriving from Tees Bay for Tees Dock on 8/6/2013. She is understood to be dropping off an injured crew member.
She was supposed to be towing the rig ENSCO 100 out to the North Sea that afternoon along with MAERSK TRACER, but one of the rig’s legs was stuck in the mud so the departure was postponed for another day.

As an aside, the mentioned MAERSK TRACER is now SPM NEEL PRATAP 180 under Liberian flag, recently reconditioned for her new owner at Sluiskil.
