And a ubiquitous British Railways Class Q6 locomotive, a true workhorse designed by Raven and introduced on the North Eastern Railway in 1913. This looks like number 63395.
Fortunately we can still enjoy the site and sound of a Q6 one of which reached preservation and has a home on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway.

Class Q6 0-8-0 63395 Built Darlington 1918 is preserved on the North Yorks Moors Railway and seen at Grosmont Shed.
