I know this is a shot in the dark but can anyone identify this tug?
I would suggest it is in West Hartlepool with one of the swing bridges off to the right.

The banded construction of the funnel might suggest she is the WILLIAM GRAY, but I can't be positive, unfortunately.

Yes, she certainly does look like William Gray.
