I thought I'd post this one of PERSISTENCE as the first one I took appeared to have part of the bow a bit tight!

Built for endurance trips previously, is she still on one, is there someone living aboard her Stan?
Reminds me of the old Ships Lifeboats moored up Greatham Creek the habitat of Families now Grey Seals but some of the reminders of the past still remain like the support timbers for the Gangways.

There are two people working on board the vessel named Adam and Charlie. I had a brief chat with Adam yesterday. The link on this page explains about them and what they do.

A very brave couple ... I mean for rowing across the Atlantic, not just for berthing at Hartlepool! Looks like they are well on their way back to the start/finish at London.

As you say N.E. a very brave couple, in the dim and distant past I have crossed the Atlantic numerous times on vessels larger than the Delux Bathtub featured and not without some "concerns" I must admit :?
I don't blame them for not mooring in the Marina, the last time I moored there I got a Parking Ticket/Charge as they had changed the free half hour to fifteen minutes, something I had not noticed along with many others apparently. Harriman must need the money to keep his rather nice Motor Yacht (Whisperer?) in Majorca
Stan, when I get all this money from the Government I will have to treat myself to a new iPad as this Steam Driven one is refusing to pick up the item you mention.

Hornbeam - as you have an iPad do you clean the memory off it from time to time? If you use Safari as your browser, click on Safari and "Clear History" that might help. If you don't use Safari then may I suggest you do as it is Mac's own!
