Stan, her Crew are certainly keen on keeping fit, my fitness regime these days would be hanging over the rails one level below taking photographs, I had enough exercise in the day running up and down the Engineroom steps before my Four Bells :D

She's back again for a Stores/Crew Change. You must get sick of seeing this vessel - but at least there's no crew taking exercise on the helicopter pad this afternoon!
