Any idea Stan or anybody else for that matter the name of the then brand new Tees Pilot Cutter that was CTL a few years ago when the Cox misjudged the depth of water and ripped the bottom out her.

The cutter that was lost was the ROSEBERRY Ex Ticier she was lost on 30th November 1978 after grounding on the slag between No8 and No 10 buoys.

Thanks Teesman for the clarity. Must have forgotten about the “Squat” possibly? My Pops had a similar problem when he bounced the Rudder on our Motor Yacht entering Whitby in bad weather when the Stern hit a Sandbank at the entrance in 1951 fortunately the Prop was protected by the Stern Frame.
