According to the PD Ports website, the three tugs all arrived at the Deep Water Berth under the operation 'Weather Bound'.
The third tug, "Urag Ems" I discovered later in the afternoon, was berthed alongside "Fairplay-33" up against the quay.
Nothing due to leave the Heerema Quay.
