The 88.... IMO (LR No.) puzzled me in view of 1997 completion date, as this would normally signify (at that time) a ship first brought to the attention of LR during 1988 (probably when order for ship placed). It turns out that this is, indeed, one of a smallish number of ships which had a long wait between launch and completion/delivery.
Miramar states she was launched 24.5.90 and eventually completed 15.7.98, initially at Vigo, but completed at Bekkjarvik. That, too, is at slight odds with Equasis giving a completion date of 1997! The link to Det Norske Veritas, her classification society, via Equasis actually also gives the 15.7.98 as her date of build (so Equasis, stating she has been in service since 12/97 seem to have got it a little bit wrong).

Very interesting!
Lloyds 2005/6 has her completion date as 1997-12.
