Thank You Patrick, it wouldn't take much to convert some redundant Offshore Supply Vessels to do the job, wouldn't want to sail on them though, we have to somehow get rid of the oil detritus and a method needs to be found that everybody is happy with if that is at all possible, we could ship it to China they seem to be pulling a flanker while most of the West (except the USA) are trying hard and at great cost to save the Planet.
