Built by American Shipbuilding Co, Buffalo New York in November 1943 as DPC 100 for Defence Plant Corporation USA.
8 Cy General Motors Engine of 700 BHP.

1943; Transferred to United States Army and renamed ST 768.
1949; Sold to A/S Danena, Aarhus, renamed KRONOS.
1950; Sold to Bergen Steamship Co.
1964; Purchased by France Fenwick Tyne & Wear Co ltd. Renamed WHITBURN.
05 1977; Transferred for £18,000 to Lawson Batey Tugs Ltd.
10.1977; Sold for £36,000 to Fouad Hassan Hamza & Sons, Port Said and renamed ABOU SHANAB.
