Floating Wharf - Newcastle

Another old photo from old Kevin Blair. Says Floating Wharf but lighting suggests more of a ferry landing or perhaps a passenger landing place.
Also getting cargo across onto the quayside would be a bit of a problem.
I guess the location is where the Law Courts is currently with Broad Chare now on the left of the Courts when looking on the front.

I can understand your concerns about "Dinger" Bell George, watching a "Sods Opera" was an eye opener on the other abilities of some Ships Crew. Danny La Rue eat your heart out :D
