A view taken by a relative, the negative has obviously had some indifferent handling to say the least!
Perhaps some day I might get around to working on the image using Photoshop, but don't hold your breath! :roll:

Certainly an interesting set of ships, the freighter clearly a Van Ommeren 'Drecht' but hard to see which one.
Could be WOENSDRECHT of 1964, a good match here

Astern is surely CAIRNESK / CAIRNGLEN which would date this to 1965-1966.
And of course, he's "caught a Tiger by the tail"

July 1965 - Tiger led a group of warships into the river during an RN "meet the Navy" tour of UK ports.
