North Shields Ferry Landing

Kevin has sent me this photo of the North Shields Ferry Landing, date unknown. The TIC vessel SWAN is on the inside of the pontoon and the ferry SOUTH SHIELDS on the outside. Out in the river is THIRLBY, maybe waiting to go into dock. See looks like the 1928 vessel built by William Gray & Co at Sunderland. See: http://sunderlandships.com/view.php?yea ... el=THIRLBY
