This view was taken from Bill Quay last week and shows a hive of activity on the river. :(
At left is the last of the smaller cranes on the fitting out quay at the Naval Yard and if you squint your eyes and engage your internal tardis you may be able to see among others the Low Walker yard of Armstrong Whitworth, the Neptune Yard of Wigham Richardson/Swan Hunter, Hepples, Wallsend drydocks (with the wind turbine bases) and finally Swan Hunter on the far bend.
