Thought she looked familliar.

Built as the MISHNISH by Van Diepen, Holland in 1976.
1,599 Gross. 3,100 Dwt. 12.5 kts.

Subsequent History:

27.8.1976: Launched by N.V. Gebr. Van Diepen Scheepswerven, Waterhuizen, Holland (Yard No. 1009) for J. & J. Denholm Ltd.(Denholm Maclay Co. Ltd., Glasgow, managers), as MISHNISH. 9.1976: Completed. 1978: Managers became Denholm Ship Mnaagement Ltd., Glasgow. 1979: Managers became Denholm Maclay Co. Ltd., Glasgow. 1982: Managers became Denholm (I.O.M.) Ltd., Douglas, Isle of Man. 1986: Owners became Denholm Shipping Co. Ltd. (Denholm (I.O.M.) Ltd., Douglas, Isle of Man, managers), Glasgow with Isle of Man registry retained. 1987: Sold to Skydew Shipping Ltd. (George Roussos' Sons, Piraeus, managers), Limassol, Cyprus and renamed G. ROUSSOS II. 1991: Managers became J.G. Roussos Shipping S.A., Piraeus, Greece. 1995: Sold to P.P.P. Shipping Co. Ltd. (Latvian Shipping Agency (Sia Latvijas Jurnieeibas Agentura), Riga, managers), Valletta, Malta and renamed MAXIM. 2001: Sold to Amneh Fahel (Douaa Shipping, Tartous, managers), Tartous, Syria, renamed JOJO A and transferred to the Togo register. 2004: Transferred to the Georgian register. 6.1.2008: Stranded off Datca, Turkey, in the Aegean Sea while on a voyage with ceramic raw materials from Izmir to Tartous. She subsequently capsized and sank with a continuous fuel leak which caused some environmental damage and the wreck was expected to be removed.
