Photo Attachments

I now have the photo attachments from Formatic .
7080 photos in total 1.84 giga bytes.
Uploading this amount will take a little time but will be completed before Chrismas.

Well done from all of us. This saves the rest of us regulars a lot of hard work reinstating 7000+ images between us! ... we'll now be able to enjoy Christmas ... and NEM, so hope you can as well.

Well done Mick, your arm twisting skills must be fantastic. I have already reinstated some photos, where I still had copies, but realised that many more I would have to re-scan or forget (forget was obviously a lot easier). I gather there will be duplicates when you load the old photos, but I can easily delete them. Thanks again.

I can see some photos are now re-appearing but can't work out any pattern to them, some of my shipyard ones e.g. under Bartram.

They are uploading at a rate of 500 per 1 and a half hours but I can only do it late at night as it slows down my work PC. for each image file there is also a thumb nail so nearly 16000 files in total.
Patrick might be right in wondering which Christmas.

Uploading of attachments finished and its still Christmas
As the images were uploaded by three people in small lots over about 10 days its possible we missed a few.
I will keep a copy of those downloaded from Formatic for a few weeks for patching up where needed .
