You may not need to get a new password, lets just go with the one you have .
Go through the steps above, this clears any stored passwords our other login details from your PC , then "Type In" the user name and password (the one you have now) and see how you get on from there .

Hi Mick

Sods law said today I logged in 'automatically', first time for ages, maybe following yesterdays procedure above cured it ??

Anyhow will see how I get on when George resets it and hopefully put this problem to bed :D

Yes ok still logged in automatically this morning so yes we will see how it goes and thanks for your help :D
